All authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit their full paper (PDF and .doc file / 4-8 pages) for the AIP conference proceedings.

NEW from 2020: AIP will now collect all copyright transfer forms electronically. For this we will have to hand out the author contact information (name, affiliation and e-mail address) to AIP. After the volume has been submitted to AIP, AIP will send all authors an email inviting them to complete their electronic "License to Publish Agreement". This needs to be signed in order to have the paper published in the proceedings volume.
Additionally, the first draft of the full papers will be available for participants in the internal Download Area. In case you don't want to have your paper listed in the Download Area, you will be able to decline this during your full paper upload.
SOLMAT papers have to be uploaded to SOLMAT directly.
